Bespoke Christmas Parties
Hosting a Christmas party? From office dos to family parties, our event space at The Pavilion has everything you need to make your event a success. Not only do we have a stylish seating area that can accommodate 50 people for a sit-down meal or up to 80 for a buffet, but we also have a fully stocked cocktail bar staffed by expert mixologists who can whip you up a tasty cocktail or your favourite tipple.
Catering is available including canapes, buffet or sit-down meals using our Festive Menu, and our team is available to discuss all the options we have to your requirements. Our chefs can cater for dietary requirements and allergies. We also have on-site accommodation for out-of-town guests or those who just want to enjoy themselves and not worry about getting home.
Minimum spend applies from as little as £500, this includes food & drink. Accommodation can be added at an additional cost.

A Great Night’s Sleep & A Festive Feast
Stay in one of our 12 newly refurbished rooms from 1st December 2023 to 24th and enjoy a festive dinner too. During this time, we will be offering a half-board-only option for our accommodation only, with prices starting from £130 per room will include accommodation, breakfast and a fantastic three-course meal from our Festive Menu.
New Hot Chocolate Menu!
As December brings the chilly days and nights, we’ll be sure to keep you warm with our selection of Hot Chocolates, we have two specials each week throughout autumn/winter, so make sure to stop by and try them. We also have a selection of new permanent hot chocolate flavours including Salted Caramel, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Orange & Cinnamon. We hope you’ll try them all. Our Hot Chocolates will be available in The Hut, so perfect for if you’re on the go or to enjoy as you stop for a bite to eat. Find out more from our team.

If you loved our Festive Menu last year, then you’ll be in for a treat this year, as it’s back and better than ever!
Starters include Duck Liver Parfait with bitter cherry marmalade and toasted sourdough and Seared peppered Beef carpaccio with an orange watercress salad and horseradish dressing, while mains have something for everyone from Traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings to Pan-fried seabass, crushed new potatoes, savoy cabbage and apple salsa verde. Desserts include Christmas Pudding and Berry & White Chocolate Pannacotta!
Our Festive Menu is ideal for a work meal, friends and family Christmassy meet-up or if you just love Christmas food and want to indulge in more than just one Christmas Dinner in December!
Our Festive Menu is available from 1st December 2023, Monday to Saturday for lunch between 12pm and 3pm, and for dinner between 5pm and 9pm, and from 12pm to 8pm on Sunday. Pre-booking is essential, so please book at least 48 hours in advance and a £10 deposit is required.
Choose between a two-course meal priced at £31.95 and a three-course meal priced at £36.95.

Please note, we are not open on Christmas Day and have a limited menu on Boxing Day, therefore this menu is not available on December 25th or 26th.
Gifts & Experiences
Don’t give the same old boring gifts this year, instead, why not give an experience that your loved one can enjoy with you?
Our experiences are a great way to spend time with friends and family, either with an afternoon of good food and a glass of fizz at Afternoon Tea or with a cocktail in hand learning how to make your favourite tipples in our Cocktail Masterclass.
We also have gift cards that can be redeemed against all of our services, including our experiences, so if you can’t choose, get them a gift card and let them pick the experience that they like the most!

Kids Christmas Party
Our first-ever Kids Christmas Party is being held on Sunday 17th December. We’ll have fun activities for children of all ages to enjoy, from colouring, face painting and Christmas crafts to gingerbread decorating and games. It will be a few hours of festive fun for your little ones. Join us between 3pm and 5pm. Christmas fancy dress is encouraged – snowmen, elves, tinsel in their hair and Rudolf noses are all welcome. There will also be Christmas snacks available too. We hope you can make it!
New Year’s Eve Party in The Pavilion
It’s time to let loose and say goodbye to 2023 with a night of live music, a bar stocked with your favourite tipples including tasty cocktails, delicious canapes and freshly baked pizza! Doors to The Pavilion will open at 8pm. You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink on arrival as well as canapes, then later in the evening enjoy a scrumptious pizza dinner. Live music will take the form of Amaretto Lounge, who will be with us through to midnight as you sing in the new year! Tickets are priced at £20 per person and must be purchased in advance.
Important: The pub will be closed from 8pm on Sunday 31st December 2023 so that our NYE Party in The Pavilion can commence from 8pm.
