Searching for the perfect space to host your office Christmas do, festive family get-together, friend’s annual meet up or your ultimate Christmas shindig? We have an amazing event space in The Pavilion that can cater to a variety of events, whether it’s a sit-down dinner to a party with canapes, we can accommodate your event.
Catering options
We have three catering options available, meaning you can select the option that best suits your event type and budget, including mixing and matching!
Choose from Canapes and Cocktails, Christmas Buffet and a Two or three-course sit-down meal.
The Pavilion has a fully stocked cocktail bar and can accommodate up to 50 guests for a sit-down meal or up to 80 guests for a buffet or canapes.
Christmas Party Pricing
There is no charge to hire the venue, although we have a minimum spend of £500 for events held Monday to Wednesday, £1,500 on Thursday & Sunday and a minimum spend of £2,500 on Friday & Saturday. Minimum spend can include food & drink, but not accommodation.
Availability
Dates are subject to availability, and we recommend contacting us sooner rather than later to secure your preferred date. Please take into account that Friday and Saturday dates will be popular, so having a few dates in mind would be preferable so that we can try our best to accommodate your event. We know that Christmas Parties can’t always be in December, and as such, we’ve made it so you can book your Christmas Party with us from 17th November 2023 to 15th January 2024.

If you held your party at The Pavilion in 2022 and rebook with us for 2023, you’ll receive a complimentary round of Dadnor Sparkling English Wine as welcome drinks, helping to get your guests in the party spirit!
