Join us on Thursday 20th October 2022 for Greek Night at The Pavilion with LIVE GREEK MUSIC!
Whether you already have a love of Greek food or you enjoy trying dishes from different countries, our upcoming Greek Night is for you! This ticketed event will not only feature delicious food and drinks inspired by Greece, but music from a Greek band known for being specialists in Greek entertainment. So, for one night only, we bring Greece to Ross-on-Wye!
Tickets are £49.50 per person and includes your Greek meal, special Greek-inspired welcome cocktail, and musical entertainment.
Music
We will be joined by Apollo Greek Band who will play popular hits from Greece, filling The Pavilion with joyous and upbeat music. The band have 30 years of experience bringing the sweet tunes of Greece to parties and and events, and will play background music while dinner is served, before the real musical entertainment begins – dancing encouraged!

Starters
Taramasalata – made from tarama, the salted and cured roe of cod, carp or grey mullet, and mixed with olive oil and lemon juice
Tzatziki – strained yoghurt, shredded cucumber, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and herbs
Hummus – chickpeas often mixed with sesame paste, garlic and olive oil
Spanakopita – a flaky savoury dough parcel filled with spinach and cheese
Kalamari – deep-fried squid
(served with salad and warm pitta bread)
Mains
Stifado – slow-cooked beef stew with rice and a medley of vegetables
Souvlaki – chicken or pork chargrilled skewer served with rice and salad
Chicken Olympia – chicken stuffed with halloumi cheese, sweet red peppers, served in cream and mushroom sauce, with potatoes and medley of vegetables
