Live music with 2CoustiX – Friday 18th November
On Friday 18th November we will be joined live by 2CoustiX! They will bring you a fantastic set of much-loved and well-known songs that will be the highlight of your night. You won’t want to miss out on seeing this fantastic duo perform.
If you’re feeling peckish, you’ll be able to tuck into pizza from our wood-fire Pizza Oven or order from our All Day Menu. Our bar will be opened and you will be able to get cocktails in The Pavilion too. Live music, food and drink, what more could you need for a good night out?
Seating is first-come, first-served, So, join us on the 18th and settle in for a night of live music from 7pm.
The Pavilion Christmas Party Nights – 2nd, 16th & 22nd December

Join us on Friday 2nd December or Friday 16th December for our Christmas parties – this night of festive food, great company, dancing and live music will be the highlight of your year, and will definitely get you in the festive spirit.
This is an exclusive, ticketed event, which includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, three-course Christmas meal, and live musical entertainment from vocalist and DJ, Jodie Yang-Cooper, for £49.50 per person.
Our Christmas Party Nights are great for couples’ date nights, family and friend get togethers, individuals who want a merry night out, and even work dos. Everyone is welcome and we hope you can join us for the first ever Pavilion Christmas Party season.

Hosting an event of more the 30 people? Until 31st December 22 you can hire The Pavilion for free for parties of more than 30 people (subject to availability). Not only is it perfect for your upcoming Christmas work do, but we can also cater to birthdays parties, engagement parties, wedding receptions, and wakes, to name a few. There is catering options available to help make your event a success, and there is a fully stocked bar.

Bespoke corporate events at The Pavilion
Need a location to host meetings, work functions or team-building exercises? Look no further. Book any 3-hour slot, Wednesday to Friday daytimes in 2022, we’ll include a projector and screen, whiteboard, WiFi, and unlimited tea and coffee free of charge – normally £200!
Cocktail Masterclasses
Brand-new! Our Cocktail Masterclass is now available for groups of up to 8 people – its ideal for hen dos, birthdays, nights out and any excuse you need to try a cocktail or three! For £35 per person you receive a bottle of Prosecco for the group, bar snacks, cocktail history and quiz, and to make and enjoy a selection of amazing cocktails. Available Wednesday to Saturday (12pm-7pm) and Sunday (12pm to 4pm). Subject to availability. To find out more, click here.

Afternoon Teas
Book Afternoon Tea with us to indulge in a classic selection of finger sandwiches, melt-in-your-mouth scones and delicious sweet treats. Our savoury options are made using local ingredients such as Herefordshire Beef and Hereford Hop Cheese, and include homemade sausages and quiche, while the sweets include a variety of homemade cakes. The traditional Afternoon Tea is £15 per person, inclusive of tea and coffee, or make it a boozy afternoon tea by adding a glass of Prosecco at £20 per person, or a glass of Champagne at £25 per person.
