Our Coronation Weekend of events includes screening the Coronation, live music, kids activities, cream teas, and food from our Pizza Oven & BBQ; it’s going to be a weekend you won’t want to miss!
Friday 5th May
Pizza Oven – 6pm to 10pm
We’ll have your favourite pizzas available from our Pizza Oven for you to enjoy alongside the live music in our Bandstand.
Live music from Bus Pass – 7.30pm
Saturday 6th May (Coronation Day)
Watch the Coronation – 11am onwards
We’ll be showing the Coronation on both our outdoor stretch tent screen and on the TV in the pub as well.
Cream Teas in The Pavilion – 11am to 4pm
Creams teas will be available from The Pavilion between 11am and 4pm – once they’re gone, they’re gone, so be sure to get yours early to avoid disappointment! You’ll be able to enjoy your cream tea in The Pavilion or take it to the stretch tent or pub to watch the Coronation on the TV. Cream teas will consist of a delicious jam and cream-filled scone with tea or coffee.
Kids Coronation Day fancy dress party & activities – 12pm to 5pm
We want to see your little Queens and Kings in their finest fancy dress, as they play in our bouncy castle! They will also be able to make their own crown and enjoy colouring activities as well.
BBQ – 12pm to 9pm
Tuck into burgers and hotdogs from our BBQ all throughout the Coronation and into the evening.
Live music from Evermore – 7.30pm
We’re welcoming back The Evermore, who will play a mix of rock, blues and pop sounds in our Bandstand. Seating is first come, first served, so be sure to get here early.
Sunday 7th May
Live music from Simon Blight – 2pm
Simon’s solo show is packed with hits for everyone and he’s delighted to be coming back to our stage.
Monday 8th May
Pizza Oven – 12pm to 9pm
Enjoy our delicious pizzas from our wood-fired oven, and spend the Bank Holiday relaxing in our garden and enjoying the sunshine on this extra day off.
All outdoor catering is subject to change and is weather dependent.
