Our Festive Menu
Available from 1st December 2025.
Our Festive Menu is returning once again, featuring delicious dishes with bold flavours of the Christmas season – and make sure you leave room for dessert!
Starters include Smoked Haddock Croquette and Roasted Celeriac & Truffle Soup. Our moreish mains will leave you wanting more, with highlights including Pan-fried ChalkStream Trout, Roasted Turkey with our elevated take on all the trimmings and Wild Mushrooms & Chestnut Pithivier. There is always room for desserts, so opt for one of our sweet dishes such as Christmas Pudding, Chocolate & Chestnut Delice and Clementine Pannacotta.
Whether it’s a work meal, a friendly Christmassy meet-up, a festive family outing, or you just want to indulge in more than one Christmas Dinner this December, this menu is perfect for you!
Our Festive Menu is available from 1st December 2025, Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 9pm and from 12pm to 6pm on Sunday. Pre-booking is recommended but not required. A £10 deposit is required for tables of more than 8 guests.
Choose between a two-course meal priced at £32.50 or treat yourself to the three-course meal priced at £37.50.

Please note, we are not open on Christmas Day and have a limited menu on Boxing Day, therefore this menu is not available on December 25th or 26th.
Your Christmas Parties
Need the perfect space to host your Christmas party? Whether it’s the annual work do or a family party, you can host your holiday event in The Pavilion, with everything you need to make your event a success available through our team. Not only do we have a stylish seating area that can accommodate 50 people for a sit-down meal or up to 80 for a buffet, but we also have a fully stocked cocktail bar staffed by expert mixologists who add their special touch to a tasty cocktail or your favourite tipple.
Catering is available, including canapes, buffet or a sit-down meal, and our sumptuous Festive Menu is available to make your event even more Christmassy. Our chefs can cater for dietary requirements and allergies. We also have on-site accommodation for out-of-town guests or those who just want to enjoy themselves and not worry about getting home.

Festive Pottery Painting
Monday 8th December 2025
From 7pm, enjoy an evening of Christmassy fun with our Festive Pottery Painting event! Get creative as you create your own fabulous design on the provided pottery whilst you sip on a glass of complimentary Prosecco! Priced at £25, this event is the perfect way to get into the Christmas mood with your loved ones.

Carols around the Christmas tree
Tuesday 16th December, 6pm
From 6pm, feel the Christmas spirit with carols around the Christmas tree at The Pavilion, in association with Bridstow Primary School PTFA. No need to book, just show up, grab a drink and warm up those voices!

Our Gifts & Experiences make for ideal Christmas presents as they are a great way to spend time with friends and family.
Afternoon Tea for two or more. Add Prosecco or Champagne to elevate the experience and spoil your loved ones.
Cocktail Making for between two and eight people. Learn how to make your favourite tipples in our Cocktail Masterclass – and drink what you make! Includes a bottle of Prosecco and nibbles.
Date Night For Two, a special night out – not just for couples! Includes two three-course meals and a bottle of house wine!

New Year’s Eve Party in The Pavilion
Are you ready to see out 2025 in style at our end-of-year bash? On Wednesday 31st December 2025, we’re opening the doors to The Pavilion for you to dance your way into the new year.
Tickets are priced at £35 per person and include a welcome drink on arrival, buffet dinner and DJ until 1am, with doors opening at 7pm. Staying that night in one of our rooms? You can save £5 with our resident’s discount!
